You can return/exchange the product you have ordered within 12 days from the invoice date. There are no returns/exchanges on personalized products.

If the product is returned in its original condition and undamaged, Cachée Concept will refund the full purchase price. In case of damage or destruction of the product, Cachée Concept will deduct repair or replacement costs from the return total.
